Three Steps To Ready

Start as a ROO. You give people a summary and an invitation, as yourself.
Learn with me. I coach you while you do it. You bring real work.
Decide about the next program. If it is a yes, we help you through it.

Nothing here asks you to jump.
Each step shows you whether the next one is right.

Three. The ROO start

You Do Not Sell. You Give.

ROO means Revenue Outreach Operator.
It is an entry position, and it is a partnership, not a job.

You hand a person the three-page summary, my gift to them.
You invite them to the next live room. That is the whole job.

I sell in the room. You are measured by who shows up.
You earn 10% of what that person ever buys from Earthgrid, for life.

No quota. No monthly ceiling. No salary, and no set hours.
The 10% is a rate. It is not a promise of income.

Nobody can say what you will earn, including me. It depends on who you bring and who joins. We will talk about real numbers as they appear.

Four. What I do for you

Coach, Mentor, Then Beside You

I have close to fifty years in software.
I teach people to use AI without handing over their judgment.

Before the next program. I help you see what you can already do, and who needs it.
While you earn. I read your outreach with you, and we fix what does not work.
When you are ready. I help you through the six weeks, so you finish what you start.

There is no price on this page.
We start the way Earthgrid always starts: you contribute first.

You show up with real work. I give back more than you put in.
Then we agree the rest together. Both sides walk away whole.

Five. What this is not

What We Will Not Do

We do not promise you will earn the price of the next program.
We do not pay a salary or a draw, and we set no hours.
We do not speak for the program you finished. We are separate from it.
We do not ask you to pitch anyone. You give, and you invite.
We do not hide that you work with Earthgrid. You say so, as yourself.

Before you start, check that the program you finished allows you to promote other work and earn from it. Please read any written agreement before you sign anything.
