The world's network, as a picture. Most connections detour through filters. Earthgrid connects people directly. Each channel adds noise. Filters and rankings, paid for by advertising, decide what reaches you.
Email, texts, chat apps and direct messages. Each one fills up faster than you can read it.
Between you and the people you know sit filters, rankings and platforms. Advertising pays for most of them.
Left alone, it only gets noisier. You can no longer assume a human is on the other end.
The vital signs of the world's network

Nearly half of email is spam. About half of web traffic is robots.
Who answers the world's questions
Search is one part of the network. Email and messaging have their own gatekeepers.
When people cannot move freely in every direction, the whole network gets sick.
After Buckminster Fuller's vector equilibrium: one point, six axes, each running both ways. A system needs that freedom to stay healthy.
Two. The idea
Reach Follows The Relationship
If you cannot assume a person is reading, trust the relationship two people chose.
One message, not a thousand copies. It is stored once. Who sees it is worked out when they look.

Built in 2004, and never finished. Bulk mail crept back with lists and addresses. Now the technology has caught up.
Three. Where Earthgrid is
A Healthier Network Starts Small
The Grid is young. Every place on the right is a person someone has not yet asked.
Here now
4,453
Real members who have signed in. Bot and fake accounts are left out.
Room for
Everyone you know
Every connection you add makes the next one easier. It starts with one person asking another.
Counted October 13, 2026. Only real, signed-in members. We would rather show a smaller true number.
Our numbers are a tiny mirror of the world's network. The same noise shows up here, so we count only real, signed-in people.
Earthgrid reaches people through the connection, not the address. It is young, and it works best when people you know are on it.
Messages and Wavelength are open to members now. The Grid, one status for everyone you are connected to, is being built.
Four. Why we need you
Why We Need You
The world's network will not heal from the top. It heals one connection at a time, between people who trust each other.
Earthgrid works through people you already know. A young network has few people to reach, so each first follower matters.
So we need first followers. Champions. People who tell a few friends, one by one.
You do not need a crowd. You need five people you already talk to. Each one you bring is one more person who can be reached for real.
We cannot do this alone. It starts with you.
Five. What a champion does
Tell Five People
A picture of the idea, not a forecast. One, then five, then twenty-five.
Read the guide. Eight pages. It shows Messages, the Grid and Wavelength.
Tell five people. One by one, in your own words. Pick the ones you write to most.
Get a few friends on the Grid. Help each one connect with you. It takes two minutes.
Help them step out of the noise. Move one real conversation a day out of email, texts and direct messages.
You do not quit email. You stop depending on it. Keep it for everyone who has not joined yet.
You reach people you are connected to. They reach you. End a connection and the reach ends.
Nobody can write to you without a request. You decide who gets in.
