Your email address affects what Earthgrid costs to run.
Every time you sign in, we email you a login code.
Mail to a domain you control is simpler for us to deliver.
Login codes sometimes need to be sent more than once.
Some mail systems filter bulk senders, so we may strip images and simplify the design to get a message through.
That extra work repeats with every login, for every member.
Picture you@yourcompany.com. Or .net. Or .org if you run a nonprofit.
The message is usually delivered the first time.
One send takes less work, and we pass the saving back to you.
We do not ask anyone to give up a free inbox.
We offer a lower rate to members who use a domain address.
Our system reads the domain on your account and applies the discount.
If you are on a business or nonprofit address, the coupon applies itself. You do not need a code or a request. The page shows the amount you save.
If you have a work address you have not added, you can add it.
Updating your card takes about a minute.
Your plan stays active while you do it.
We cannot do it for you.
Earthgrid does not hold your card.
Your card details are encrypted and held by our payment processor.
Nobody who works here sees them.
Here is what to do.
Find a receipt we sent you and note the email address printed on it.
Open the processor's billing portal below. They send portal access to that address. Then you can update your card and your details.
Your plan stays active and nothing on our end has to change.
Then a person should look at it.
Go to your dashboard and send us a note.
A real person reads them.
