Every time you sign in, we send you a login code. On Gmail or Yahoo, that code has to argue its way past filters built to assume the worst about anyone sending mail in volume.
So we send it again. Then again. We strip out the images, flatten the design, and mail you something genuinely ugly, because plain and ugly is what those systems have decided to trust.
Now multiply that by every login, every month, across 102,638 people.

The message arrives. The first time. No filter to fight, no retry, no ugly fallback version, and no third party sitting in the middle deciding whether our mail counts as mail.

Earthgrid does not have your card. Neither does our accounting department. Nobody who works here has ever seen it. It is encrypted and held by our payment processor, which is exactly how it should be, and also precisely why we are useless to you in this one specific situation.
Here is what to do.
Find any receipt we have sent you and note the email address printed on it. That address is the key to the whole thing.
Take it to the processor's billing portal below. They send portal access to that address, you let yourself in, and you update your card, your details, whatever you need.
That is the whole process. Your plan stays active and nothing on our end has to change.
Then it is probably something a human should look at. Head to your dashboard and send us a note. A real person reads them.
